
Overview
Vatic Ventures Corp. holds rights to earn up to a 90% interest in two highly prospective uranium exploration licenses located in Namibia’s Erongo Uranium Province through option agreements covering EPL 8289 (Zoya Project) and EPL 8735 (Galore Project). Together, the licenses cover approximately 132.27 km² within the internationally recognized “Alaskite Alley,” a geological corridor that hosts several world-class uranium deposits and operating mines.

Why Namibia?
Namibia is consistently recognized as one of Africa’s leading mining jurisdictions and is currently the world’s fourth-largest uranium producer. The Erongo Uranium Province has produced more than 350 million pounds of U₃O₈ over the past several decades and hosts several of the world’s most significant uranium deposits.
The Alaskite Alley Advantage
The Zoya and Galore licences are situated within the highly prospective Alaskite Alley corridor, a geological trend known for hosting large alaskite-related uranium deposits.

Zoya Project (EPL 8289)
Area: 44.62 km²
Vatic has the right to earn an initial 80% interest through staged cash payments, share issuances and exploration expenditures. Upon successful completion of the first option stage, the Company may increase its interest to 90% through additional development milestones and feasibility work.
Galore Project (EPL 8735)
Area: 87.65 km²
The Galore Project is directly adjacent to the Zoya licence and provides significant district-scale exploration potential. Vatic may earn up to a 90% interest through staged option payments, share issuances and advancement toward a feasibility study.
Exploration Potential
The licences are strategically positioned within a proven uranium district and cover highly prospective geological settings associated with alaskite-hosted uranium mineralization. Management believes the projects provide exceptional leverage to growing global uranium demand driven by increasing nuclear energy adoption worldwide.

The scientific and technical information relating to the Namibia Uranium Projects has been reviewed and approved by Nico Scholtz, Pr. Sci. Nat., a Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101.
