Loren Currie

Mr. Currie has over 20 years’ experience holding executive corporate positions in the Canadian public markets. Mr. Currie has served as CFO of Oracle Energy Corp. from October 2004 to June 2012; CFO, Secretary and President at Toba Industries Ltd.; corporate secretary of Brand Marvel Worldwide Consumer Products Corporation; and a director of Oracle Energy Corp. from October 2004 to February 2015. He has been a director of Vatic since December 2018 and CEO since August 2020. He is also Vatic’s corporate secretary.

Anthony Clements

Mr. Clements is a former investment banker with Fox Davies Capital Limited, a London-based firm specializing in financing both mining and oil and gas corporations. In 1970, he joined the Electricity Council Pension Fund as Senior Investment Analyst and in 1973 moved to Hermes Investment Management, where he managed the company’s resource portfolio including the multi-billion dollar North American portfolio. In 1987 he moved to the sales side of the investment industry, specifically in corporate finance with particular emphasis on Australian and North American resource issuers, working with several firms, including T. Hoare and Co. and Yorkton Securities Inc. From 2001 until 2010 he was Head of Corporate Finance at ODL Securities. He has acted as an advisor and director to numerous natural resource companies. He is a director of Aton Resources Inc. He has been a director of Vatic since 2017.

Thomas Wilson

Mr. Wilson is a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA-CA) with over 45 years of senior financial experience in areas of financial planning and management including corporate governance and securities compliance for both public and private companies. Within the junior mining sector, he has been the CFO for numerous private and public companies. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of PwC Canada.

Christoph Bruening

Mr. Bruening is the founder and Managing Partner of Value Relations GmbH, a full-service investor relations and public relations agency based in Frankfurt. The firm has over 25 years of experience specializing in the mining, exploration, biotech, and healthcare sectors. Since 1998, Mr. Bruening has organized and operated more than 500 conferences and over 200 roadshows throughout Germany and Europe. In addition, he has assisted in listing more than 600 companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Mr. Bruening graduated in 1995 with a Higher Education Chemistry degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt. He is the author of several publications, including works focused on rare earth elements. He has presented at many of the world’s leading resource conferences, including PDAC, Mine and Money, Deutsche Rohstoff Messe Frankfurt, Edelmetall- und Rohstoffmesse Munich, and the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference. Mr. Bruening has also previously served as a director of multiple public companies in Canada, the United States, and Germany.
